HOW THE SERVICE WORK
Step 1: Starting the Process
The first step in creating your bespoke jewelry is sharing your vision with us. Begin by submitting any details you feel are important—whether it's the special event, who the piece is for, your budget, or any design ideas you already have. The more you share, the better we can tailor the design to your needs.
Upon receiving your inquiry, we will follow up with an email to gather any additional details and ensure we fully understand your vision. We will also arrange a call to discuss the design process in further detail.
Step 2: Rough Sketch
After our discussion and a clear understanding of your vision, we will begin crafting rough sketches of your custom design. This is the stage where your ideas start to take shape visually.
To initiate this process, a non-refundable fee of $250 is required. This fee covers the time and expertise needed to create the initial designs, and will be credited toward the final cost of your bespoke piece. Once the sketches are ready, we'll present them for your feedback, and together, we’ll refine the design until it’s exactly as you imagined.
Step 3: Finalizing the Design
With your feedback in hand, we’ll refine the design and create a detailed 3D rendering of your piece. This allows you to see exactly how the final jewelry will look, ensuring every detail meets your expectations before we move forward.
At this stage, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate the creation of your piece. This deposit secures your order and enables us to begin turning your design into reality. Once we receive both your approval of the final design and the deposit, we’ll begin crafting your custom jewelry with the highest level of care and craftsmanship.
Step 4: Crafting Process
Based on our agreement, we will source the finest materials and gemstones needed to bring your vision to life. Our expert artisans will carefully craft each element, ensuring every detail is executed with precision. From selecting the perfect stones to assembling the design, we work meticulously to transform your custom piece into a beautiful, wearable work of art.
Step 5: Completion
Once your custom piece is beautifully finished and the remaining balance is paid, the commission will be officially completed. You can either pick up your piece in-store at your convenience or, if you prefer, we can arrange for it to be carefully shipped to you.
