Shipping policy

Our shipping policy ensures convenience and transparency for our customers. Currently, we are able to ship within the United States, providing nationwide coverage. One of the highlights of our policy is that we offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders placed. 

For security purposes, we require a DIRECT SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY. This ensures that your order reaches you safely and reduces the risk of any potential issues with delivery. 

Please note that most of our products are made to oder. This means that once your order is placed, it will take approximately 2- 3 weeks for our skilled craftsmen to create your item with utmost care and attention to detail. For custom-designed products, production will begin after the design is confirmed by the customer. After the crafting process is completed, your order will be shipped out and delivered within 1-3 business days. 

By providing these shipping details upfront, we aim to deliver a seamless shopping experience where customers remain informed about their orders every step of the way.

It's important to note that this estimation does not include weekends, holidays, or any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end such as weather conditions, high volume of shipments, or traffic issues. 

Delivery delays can also be caused by changes in the delivery options made on the customer's end.
