Refund policy

At Prince Jewelers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry, we offer a straightforward return policy. Please review the following guidelines for returning items:

Return Period

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date the shipment is delivered.

Eligibility for Return

  • Jewelry must be in new and unworn condition. Items that have been altered, resized, or engraved cannot be returned.  
  • The item must be in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Returns that show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
  • For items that include a lab-grown diamond certificate, the original certificate must be returned with the item. A $100 replacement fee will be charged for each missing certificate.
  • Special Orders or Custom Pieces are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a defect in craftsmanship.
  • Sale or Discounted Items may be subject to different return terms. Please review the specific return guidelines for these items at the time of purchase.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@princejewelers.com.  Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to be included with your return shipment.
  3. Return Shipping

    We’ll provide you with a prepaid FedEx shipping label, allowing you to prepare and ship your return within 7 days of receiving the label.

  4. Prepare Your Package: 
  • Include All Original Materials
    Carefully pack your jewelry in its original jewelry box, along with the return packing slip and any diamond certificates. Please note: If a diamond certificate is not returned, a $100 fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Box Your Return Securely
    Place the jewelry box inside a shipping box — we recommend using the a secure FedEx shipping box from your local FedEx location.

  • Add Your Return Slip
    Insert the return packing slip into the shipping box alongside your jewelry.

  • Seal and Label
    Once everything is packed, seal the shipping box and affix the prepaid return label to the outside.

  • Keep It Discreet
    For your protection, do not write “jewelry,” “diamonds,” or any related terms anywhere on the package

       5. Ship Your Package: Please drop off your package at an official FedEx location.

For your protection, returns left in FedEx Drop Boxes or at non-staffed locations will not be covered. Prince Jewelers and FedEx are not responsible for any lost packages dropped at these locations.

  • Be sure to obtain a receipt when you ship your package — this will serve as your proof of return.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds will be processed within [7-10] business days after we receive the returned item and verify its condition.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
    • If the original payment method is unavailable, a store credit may be issued.
  • Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value, based on availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us for further instructions.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving the product.
  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label for returns related to defects or shipping errors, and we will repair, replace, or issue a full refund depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized/Custom jewelry (engraved, resized, or made to order)
  • Gift Cards
  • Sale or final clearance items (unless defective)

Return Abuse Policy

To ensure a fair and secure shopping experience, we reserve the right to limit returns, refuse service, or suspend accounts in cases of return abuse, including repeated or excessive returns.
